How do I get my college added?
Email us at college-requests@mycollegetix.com with your school
name and student email domain. We'll review and typically add new
schools within a week!
Is mycollegetix really free?
Yes! We don't charge any fees. Students handle transactions
directly with each other. We just provide the platform for
verified students to connect.
What if I have an issue with another user?
Contact our support team immediately. While we don't handle
transactions, we take safety seriously and can investigate user
behavior and remove bad actors.
How do you verify students?
We verify through official .edu email addresses and additional
verification steps. Only current students at supported schools can
join.
Can I suggest new features?
Absolutely! We're always looking to improve. Send your suggestions
to hello@mycollegetix.com - we read every message.
Do you plan to expand beyond college sports?
We're focused on sports tickets for now, but we're always
evaluating what would be most helpful for the student community.
