As a college student, I noticed how difficult it was to buy and sell tickets safely within our campus community. Students were using Snapchat, GroupMe, dealing with uncertain sellers, and often getting scammed or overcharged.
There must be a better way - a platform that verified students were actually from your school, provided safe communication, but let students handle transactions directly without any middleman fees.
MyCollegeTix was born from the idea that students should be able to connect with their peers safely and easily, without corporate interference or excessive fees eating into their already tight budgets.
